Useful beauty data starts with more than collecting product listings. Product identities, ingredient declarations and images need to be connected and represented consistently.
Product information, brought together
We collect publicly available beauty and personal care product information, then organise product details, ingredient declarations and images into structured records. Names and ingredient references are normalised so the data is easier to search, compare and use.
Ingredients with their structure intact
Ingredient lists retain their label order. Product-to-ingredient links connect each list to a normalised ingredient dictionary, so you can work with both the product formulation and the individual ingredients it contains.
Ingredient information with context
The ingredient dictionary brings together standard INCI names, synonyms, functions, ratings and chemical identifiers where available. Concentrations are recorded only when publicly disclosed by a manufacturer; they are never estimated or extrapolated.
Coverage varies by field. Our FAQ explains the available information and its limits, while the sample lets you inspect the records directly.
Barcodes and product identities
Product IDs connect records to their ingredients and images. Where known, barcodes are included in the licensed dataset in a consistent GTIN-14 format to help match products to your catalogue. Barcode coverage is partial; not every product has a known code.
Product images connected to records
The dataset includes a product-image archive with images matched to product IDs. The hosted API provides image URLs alongside product records so you can use them in your applications.
